Restaurant Multi-Location Analytics
Restaurant group with 5 locations was manually compiling reports from different POS systems, inventory software, and QuickBooks. Owners couldn't see real-time performance or compare locations effectively. We built a Grafana dashboard that pulls data from Toast POS (sales, labor, menu performance), inventory management (food costs, waste), and QuickBooks (revenue, expenses) across all locations. Dashboard shows hourly sales, labor percentage, food cost percentage, table turnover, and location comparisons—accessible on any device.
