Cleaning Company Operations Dashboard

Cleaning company was manually checking Jobber for job status, QuickBooks for revenue, and spreadsheets for team performance. No real-time visibility meant missed opportunities and scheduling inefficiencies. We built n8n automation to sync Jobber webhooks with Supabase database, then created a Retool dashboard showing active jobs, technician utilization, revenue by service type, customer retention metrics, and profitability analysis—all on one screen accessible from phone or computer.
