Sales Team AI Command Center

The owner and service manager were juggling three systems to handle every customer call: HubSpot for lead and customer history, QuickBooks for invoices and billing, and a Google Sheet with parts and labor pricing. Putting together even a simple quote meant opening all three, copying numbers manually, and doing math in a fourth tab. We built an MCP server that connects all of it to Claude. Now the team just asks: 'What did we charge the Hendersons last time?', 'Create a quote for a full AC replacement with labor', or 'Which open jobs haven't been invoiced yet?' — and Claude handles it in seconds.
